Does my ticket give me a specific seat?

All seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What can I do to attend the Renewed Women’s conference if I cannot afford it?

We don’t want price to be a barrier to attending Renewed Women’s Conference. Please stop into Aldersgate Church or New Life Fellowship – North Campus to fill out a scholarship request form.

How much of the event will I be able to attend if I Volunteer?

Our Goal is that every woman serving attends majority of the event and does not miss any of the guest speaker sessions. 

Do you have ADA accommodations?

Can I bring my baby to Renewed Women’s Conference?

Yes! If you are still nursing your child, you will have access to a nursing moms room where you can pump and nurse when needed! This won’t be a permanent seat– just a private/comfortable space to nurse or pump before returning to your seat. As a friendly reminder, we do not provide childcare or allow any children onsite, other than nursing babies.

Small coolers for breast milk will also be allowed.

What do I need to bring to Renewed Women’s Conference?

You don’t need to bring anything, but you may carry any style of purse or bag you like into the event. You are welcome to bring your own journal and your Bible, as well!

Will there be food or drinks available at the venue?

Lunch is included with your registration and will be provided by The Market on The Plaza. Coffee and Tea along with goodies will be available for purchase from Karisma and Krave.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

We do not provide refunds on tickets to Renewed Women’s Conference.
