Payment transactions made through Zeffy are processed through Stripe, Zeffy's payment processing partner. Zeffy states that it does not store or directly process credit card information; payment processing is handled through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.

Information that may be collected through Zeffy can include your name, email address, phone number, ticket or registration information, payment status, and any additional information you voluntarily provide through the event registration form.

Renewed Ministry may access registration information through its Zeffy account in order to:

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to attend a Renewed Ministry event.

Because conferences, gatherings, speakers, venues, meals, supplies, and other event expenses are often arranged in advance, our ticket policies are designed to provide clarity for both our attendees and our ministry.

1. Refunds

Tickets are considered purchased once payment has been successfully processed.

Please review the event date, time, location, ticket type, and applicable policies before completing your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual event registration page, tickets are [REFUNDABLE UNTIL 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT / NON-REFUNDABLE].

If an event allows refunds, requests must be submitted by the deadline listed for that specific event.

Failure to attend an event does not automatically qualify for a refund.
